Most people are not considering their lunch due to their Busy daily activity.  Then tried to buy instant food for their lunch.The result of that most people are suffering from diabetic, blood pleasure, cholesterol etc…The main reason is these diseases are foods. These healthy lunch ideas for work are nutritious, delicious, will travel well, and will last in the fridge until lunch time . Today I will tell you how to make healthy food for your lunch easily..


1) Ceremony Chicken Rice


  • Olive oil 
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  •  ½ Chili powder
  •  ½ Garlic Powder
  •  ½ Cumin
  •  ½ Cup Corn
  •  Small red onions
  •  Pepper –red , green , yellow
  • 1.5 Cups Cooked rice ½ Cup salsa
  •  Chopped cilantro
2) Instruction 

In a medium hot pan, heat olive oil over med heat. Put chicken & fry for 3min,adding salt to season. Add chili , cumin & garlic powder &  cooking anther 5min. After that

Add red onion, corn & bell peppers, sautéing for 3min. Add rice and salsa, tossing to coat. Mix in cilantro minimize heat & serve
