Today  I’m going to be discussing 1000 calorie a day diet. I’m going to answer One  question. I’ll read it out and then I’ll give you my answers. And it goes like this. Hey, I had tried  to lose weight for a really long time now, but my weight isn’t going down at all. I’ve tried every day and I count each calorie I take. So I know that I only eat 1000 calories a day and still nothing happens. The easy answer is also very advanced and technical, so I’m going to do my best to simplify it for you. So the straight up answer is you are over training and under eating, and you’re sending your body into a catabolic state. Now what is a catabolic state, this is something that I find is not talked about.

Some people don’t know about it, or some people just find it to advance and technical and find it difficult to explain. So I’m going to do my best to keep it very simple. A catabolic state simply means that your body is using muscle fibers as fuel to your body’s breaking down your muscle fiber. It using as fuel. This is a very big problem because when you lose muscle   fiber. Your metabolism goes down, astronomically and you’re not able to reshape and transform your body. It won’t matter how often you exercise won’t matter how little calories you have as you’re experiencing.  you will not be able to reshape and transform your body because your body’s in a catabolic state. Now, I’ll give you the answer of how to fix this in a minute.
 

How to fix this

But first of all, you need to be aware that if your body is in a catabolic state. You run the risk of your immunity going down. It’s a lot of strain on your kidneys and all your organs and also your suffer from fatigue. You may even see that you get sick often. So you must rectify this as soon as possible and the way that you can fix this. The solution being is that you need to elevate how many calories you are having. You need to be eating quality high, rich, dense food, Whole Foods stick stick with things that do not come out of hand or packet. Vegetables you know can or frozen vegetables can be okay but just be really careful. Because they add salt some what not from the earth is always the best.

You need to be eating every two to four hours and  need to be having at least five to eight meals a day. That way your muscles are receiving the adequate nutrition that they need. But more importantly than just that need to make sure you take some time off from your  training every day.It is going to make your body stay in a catabolic state.  Cannibalism is going to be something that you will not be able to get over. Because  your body is not ever having the chance to repair itself. So what you need to do is train no more than say three to five times a week.  You need to at least have two days a week off training minimum.  Then every eight to 12 weeks have a whole week off at the gym. Then you’re giving your body time to recover to repair itself.
 

Exercise & sleeping Plan

And ultimately you want to elevate your resting fat burning right for your metabolism. That way, you don’t have to be doing such high intensity of exercise which every day is such low calories and getting little result. You want to raise your metabolism. I do not naturally have a high metabolism. This is something that I’ve worked on from doing these methods. So it can be done in my family. This is not something that we have we not genetically blessed, we have fast metabolisms. It is something that I personally had to work on. I’m sure this is something that you’re going to have to work on that. Also try and get between where possible between six to eight hours sleep a night. you need to be getting adequate sleep.
